KOTAWALA'S FARM

The brief was to design Kotawala’s Farm located in Kanota, Jaipur in eclectic theme. The prominent feature of the building is wood coupled with stone, which is beautifying the facade. Simplicity and clarity of forms is visible in the building. The vertical wooden rafters are adding to the aesthetics of the facade. Full utilization of spaces is visible in the building. The architecture of the building highlights the material in its original form without many alterations or modifications, signifying the unprecedented beauty at its best. Industrial style lights and rustic furniture are used to enhance the look and feel of the interiors. Brick textured walls and the arch entrance are the highlight of the design. It is designed with the vision to maintain positive and holiday, carefree mood of the inhabitant.
